The Blood Pit

Prep: 5 mins.
Cook: None
Yield: 1 Beverage
  • 1 ½ oz. Premium Vodka
  • ½ oz. Blood Orange Sour (Recipe Below)
  • 0.25 oz. Peach Schnapps
  • 2 oz. Orange Juice
  1. Combine all ingredients to shaker
  2. Add fresh ice to brim
  3. Shake until well blended
Blood Orange Sour Mix
Prep: 6 mins.
Cook:  10 mins.
Yield:  About 3 cups
  • 1 Cup Water
  • 1 Cup Fresh Lemon Juice
  • ½ Cup Fresh Lime Juice
  • ½ Cup Fresh Blood Orange Juice
  • Blood Orange Juice Zest
  1. Combine sugar and water, bring to a boil, about 7 minutes. Stir to dissolve sugar. Remove from heat, add Blood Orange zest and cool.
  2. While the syrup is cooling, strain freshly squeezed lemon, lime, and Blood Orange juice into a resealable bottle, discarding the pulp.
  3. Strain first (to remove zest), and pour in the cooled simple syrup.
  4. Shake and use immediately use or refrigerate.

Twilight

Prep: 5 mins.
Cook: None
Yield: 1 Beverage
  • 1 ½ oz. Silver Tequila
  • 1 oz. Watermelon Schnapps
  • ½ oz. Pineapple Juice
  • ½ oz. Orange Juice
  1. Combine all ingredients to shaker
  2. Add fresh ice to brim
  3. Shake until well blended

The Saturn

Prep: 5 mins.
Cook: None
Yield: 1 Beverage
  • 1 ½ oz. Gin
  • 1 ½ Velvet Flarnun
  • 1 oz. Passion Fruit Puree
  • 1 oz. Sour Mix
  • 0.25 oz. Walnut Liquor/Orgeat
  1. Combine all ingredients to shaker
  2. Add fresh ice to brim
  3. Shake until well blended

Vampire's Curse

Prep: 5 mins.
Cook: None
Yield: 1 Beverage
  • 1 ½ oz. Spiced Rum
  • 6 oz. Fruit Punch
  • 1.25 oz. Fresh Lemon Juice
  • 3 Large Mint Leaves
  1. Add Spided Rum and mint leaves to shaker
  2. Muddle until well incorporated
  3. Add fresh ice to brim
  4. Add remaining ingredients
  5. Shake until well blended
  6. Strain and serve with mint leaf garnish (if desired)
