The Last Scream You’ll Ever Hear

Returning to the 1998 Halloween season, Halloween Horror Nights™ had some new tricks up its sleeve. Packed with five Haunted Houses, the event had (for the first time ever) two Haunted Houses that were interconnected. The S.S. Frightanic was broken into two halves, the Carnage Crew and Fear in First Class where guests could choose their own terror by either being part of the doomed voyages crew or as passengers. The Universal’s Museum of Horror Haunted House was also divided between Chamber of Horrors and Unnatural History allowing guests to choose between the Classic Universal Monsters, or more modern-day villains. 1998 also debuted the fan-favorite wild sexually charged gore-meets-magic show Inferno.
